So after refusing to drive away, due to which the angry customer has lodged a complaint with the CM helpline due to such misbehavior.

At the same time, the shopkeeper is saying that there must have been a mistake knowingly or unknowingly or both the spoons would not have been there at that time or the employee would have refused.
