Ghaziabad. A ten-year-old child, Kush Tyagi, was badly attacked by a dog of Pitbull breed, considered dangerous, in the park of Sanjay Nagar Sector-23. The dog, which came out of the hand of the girl after giving a shock, kept biting for ten seconds. Kush bled in the attack and even his flesh came out from his face. There were five deep wounds on his cheek, ear and hand. The surgery lasted two and a half hours and 150 stitches were used to fill them. The child who reached home after being in the hospital for three days is shocked.
The video went viral on social media on Thursday after CCTV footage of the September 3 incident was found. It is 23 seconds. It is seen that the daughter of Lalit Tyagi of the colony is walking the dog. At a distance Kush is playing with friends. Suddenly the dog releases from the girl’s hand and runs at lightning speed and pounces on Kush. When he falls down, the dog keeps biting him for ten seconds.
The child screams loudly. A young man comes to rescue him but the dog is clutching Kush so tightly that he cannot get rid of him. Seeing this another young man comes. Together they remove the dog, then it separates from Kush and runs away. Kush’s father Sachin told that he took the son to Sarvodaya Hospital. The surgery was done there on Sunday.
Kush started getting scared by the sound of the dog
Sachin Tyagi told that Kush has started getting scared by the sound of the dog. He is lying on the bed in the house, but the fear is so much that he cannot live alone. Somebody lives with him. Even so, if the dog’s voice comes from outside, he gets scared and grabs whoever is sitting nearby.
One and a half lakh rupees spent in the treatment of the child

Sachin Tyagi told that Rs.1.25 lakh was spent in the treatment of his son. On the other hand, after the video of the dog attack went viral, the Municipal Corporation issued a notice to the owner of the dog, Lalit Tyagi, for a fine of five thousand rupees. It warns that if the fine is not paid, the dog will be confiscated. This fine has been imposed due to non-registration of dog. Earlier, a fine of five thousand was also imposed for attacking a dog child in the lift of the society of Rajnagar Extension. In the Sanjay Nagar incident, police was informed by calling 112. The police came to the spot and went away saying that if a report is to be filed, then go to the police station and give a complaint.
