CBI’s advocate Anurag Kumar Singh said that the audio of the conversation of two people was recorded by Purushottam Mishra at the behest of Sandeep Tiwari, the chief priest of Bandhwa Hanuman temple. Which was sent by the petitioner to Mahant Ravindra Puri in Haridwar. who reached the Mahant. Due to which they got tensed. Wrote that by the time the truth is known, I will have become infamous. I am committing suicide. The handwriting of the suicide note matches with that of the Mahant.

Sandeep Tiwari sent the audio to Ravindra Puri. Attempted character assassination. The court expressed displeasure over the filing of incomplete documents by both the parties and also asked the answers of questions from CBI Investigation Officer KS Negi. The CBI said that the audio inspired Mahant to commit suicide. Sandeep Tiwari is associated with the petitioner’s organization built on the Ganges.
